I had a really nice and spacious room that looked like it had just been redone. the bed was super comfy, and there was central heating to keep me warm. the TV had a bunch of channels, and there was even a microwave for quick snacks. 💫

The staff was friendly and efficient.The room was clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable.
The carpet smelled bad in the hallways and in one of the elevators. Heavy stains on 3rd floor before the elevator. The continental breakfest did not have much to choose from. It was toast, ceral or mini muffins.

Great location, super close to everything you need. the breakfasts were tasty, especially liked the cream cheese and bagels 🥯.

Thank you for a fine stay. The hotel is excellent with brand-new rooms and friendly services. The location is marvellous in a safe area, adjacent to a bowling alley, the airport and Lakeland and home. They serve exceptionally nice breakfasts for all tastes with bagels and cream cheese, as for instance.

Everything in the hotel was brand-new and clean. The location of the hotel is marvelous, especially for those using the Lakeland airport. The room was cool and huge, with comfortable beds, a nightstand, and a working hot tub. The breakfast selection was incredibly nice, including cream cheese and bagels.

Room 607: Poor tv channel selection, lack of working ice machine on 6th floor, lumpy bed, scratchy towels in bath, one-person front desk when two attendants would have been better, musty smelling cocktail lounge.

It is within 5 minutes drive to our daughters home.
A rundown hotel. Our bedding had the thinnest see through sheets, holes in blanket. Milk at breakfast time was sour but coffee was good. Didn't go back for second day breakfast. I know that this is a complaint, but I believe you should know this. It is no longer a AAA hotel. Speaks for itself.
